THE ENGAGEMENT

A problem worth solving — and a change worth making stick.

A year after the acquisition closed, the combined company still ran on two roadmaps, two planning calendars and two decision cultures.

01

The challenge

A single org chart had been published, but decision rights, planning rhythms and product priorities had never actually merged.

02

What we did

We designed one operating rhythm and one product-decision framework spanning both legacy teams, then coached the joint leadership team through their first two planning cycles as one group.

03

Outcome & impact

The leadership team began making roadmap and resourcing decisions jointly rather than in parallel, and the organization reported the integration finally felt real to people below the leadership layer. Metrics are withheld at the client’s request.
