Why Grazing Minds exists.
Grazing Minds began with a simple observation: the people shaping strategy were rarely the people building the capability to make it real.
Its founding work grew from experience across ed-tech, consulting and logistics, and from seeing organisations buy two different things from two different vendors — strategy and technology advice on one side, skills training on the other. The space in between was left largely unattended: the point where a decision either becomes organisational capability, or quietly dies on a shelf.
Grazing Minds began as a consulting-and-learning practice designed to close that gap. The work started with banking, financial services and other complex environments, then moved closer to the strategy table as the problems became more consequential. Today the firm connects management consulting, transformation, organisation, technology, capability building and research around the same premise.
The Academy is not a separate business sitting beside consulting. It exists for the same reason the consulting practice does: a good decision and the capability to carry it out are the same problem.
