THE ENGAGEMENT

A problem worth solving — and a change worth making stick.

The manufacturer had installed sensors, dashboards and predictive maintenance tools across two plants, but adoption on the floor was inconsistent.

01

The challenge

Operators did not trust the new signals enough to change established routines, and supervisors had not been equipped to lead differently around the new information.

02

What we did

We redesigned shift routines around the new data, built supervisor capability to coach data-led decisions on the floor, and ran a structured adoption programme tied to real production decisions rather than classroom training.

03

Outcome & impact

Supervisors began running shift meetings around the new dashboards as a matter of routine, and the plant leadership reported steadier adoption of predictive maintenance recommendations. Metrics are withheld at the client’s request.
